Stifle Osteochondrosis Dissecans (OCD) & Osteochondral Fragments
Developmental lesions causing cartilage defects and fragment formation, commonly affecting the femoropatellar joint. Arthroscopic removal is standard treatment.

Stifle Cyst-like Lesions
Subchondral defects within the femur or tibia that contribute to lameness. Management may include arthroscopic debridement and adjunct techniques.

Meniscal Tears
Damage to the menisci, often involving the medial compartment, resulting in pain and altered joint mechanics. Arthroscopic evaluation and debridement are commonly performed.

Cranial Cruciate Injuries
Injury to the cranial cruciate ligament, less common than in small animals but associated with instability and lameness. Treatment depends on severity and use.

Caudal Cruciate Injuries
Disruption of the caudal cruciate ligament leading to altered joint stability and function. Often occurs in combination with other injuries.

Joint infection requiring aggressive lavage and antimicrobial therapy to preserve function.
